Overview:
The Event Registration Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining participant registration information for upcoming events. The role focuses on ensuring all attendee data is correctly captured, organized, and verified to support seamless event coordination and reporting.
Scope of Work:
Enter and update attendee registration details into spreadsheets or event management databases.
Verify accuracy of participant information against source documents and online submissions.
Clean up duplicate entries and ensure data consistency across all records.
Organize and categorize attendees by ticket type, registration date, and event session.
Confirm all registration data is visible, properly formatted, and readable.
Generate a summary report showing total registrations, attendance categories, and payment status.
Maintain confidentiality of participant information and adhere to data privacy guidelines.
Data Entry Fields Required:
Attendee Name
Registration ID / Reference Number
Contact Information (Email, Phone Number)
Event Name / Session Title
Registration Date
Ticket Type / Category (Standard, VIP, Early Bird)
Payment Status (Paid, Pending, Cancelled)
Attendance Status (Confirmed, Waitlisted, Cancelled)
Organization / Company
Remarks / Notes
Deliverables:
A final spreadsheet containing 200 verified and organized event registration entries.
A Word report document summarizing:
Total number of registrations
Breakdown by ticket type and payment status
Any discrepancies or duplicates resolved
Additional Notes:
Client registration data sources and event forms will be shared upon hire.
Accuracy, organization, and data confidentiality are critical.
All work must comply with the company’s event data management standards.
