We need help inputting customer support case logs into our CRM.
Scope of Work:
Enter case details from logs.
Assign cases to correct support reps.
Update case resolution status.
Requirements:
Accuracy and speed.
Familiarity with ticketing/support logs a plus.
Deadline: 20th August 2025
Deliverable Format: Updated CRM export file.
Required Data Fields: Case ID, Customer Name, Issue Type, Support Rep, Status, Resolution Date.
Material Source: Data source will be shared via email upon hire.
