Client Instructions – Remote Data Entry Administrator (HR Onboarding Data Entry)
Project Title: New Employee Data Entry – HR Onboarding Support
Project Description:
We are seeking a Remote Data Entry Administrator to support our Human Resources team by accurately entering new hire information into our onboarding system. The data will be used to generate employee records, documents, and onboarding schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter new employee details such as full name, contact info, start date, and job title
Upload and record tax form details, ID numbers, and work eligibility information
Input emergency contact information and departmental assignments
Ensure formatting consistency and verify completeness before submission
Flag any unclear or incomplete records for review by HR
Source Materials:
Onboarding forms, scanned documents, and HR spreadsheets will be provided upon hire
A field guide and sample entries will be shared to ensure consistency
Secure login access to the onboarding platform will be provided if needed
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or online HR onboarding systems
Accuracy and strong attention to detail
Familiarity with handling confidential employee data (highly preferred)
Ability to follow strict formatting and document-handling guidelines
Good organizational and time management skills
Deadline:
All onboarding data must be accurately entered and submitted by August 6, 2025, no later than 11:00 PM EAT.
