We are looking for a Remote Data Entry Administrator to help digitize academic records for our institution. The task involves entering student information into a structured database or spreadsheet format, with accuracy and confidentiality as top priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter student names, ID numbers, grade levels, and course completion data
Record attendance logs, GPA scores, and completion dates in the provided format
Ensure formatting consistency across all entries (e.g., date format, capitalization)
Flag any unclear or missing data for clarification
Organize digital files and maintain data confidentiality
Source Materials:
Scanned student records and transcripts will be shared upon hire
A spreadsheet template or access to the school database will be provided
Field instructions and formatting examples will accompany the material
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or school record platforms
Attention to detail and ability to follow academic data formatting standards
