Project Description

Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Student Progress Tracking Coordinator to manage the entry, monitoring, and reporting of student performance data. The role involves working closely with teachers and administrators to ensure accurate tracking of academic progress and timely reporting.

Scope of Work:

  • Enter and update student progress data into tracking systems and spreadsheets.

  • Monitor student performance trends across terms and semesters.

  • Verify accuracy of teacher-submitted grades, attendance, and progress notes.

  • Prepare summaries and reports for academic staff and school leadership.

  • Track improvement areas, challenges, and outstanding achievements.

  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with school data standards.

Data Entry Fields Required:

  • Student Identification: Name, ID number, grade/class.

  • Grades & Performance: Test scores, assignments, exam results.

  • Attendance Tracking: Present/absent logs, tardiness records.

  • Teacher Feedback: Progress notes, remarks, recommendations.

  • Performance Trends: Improvement metrics, challenges, strengths.

  • Extracurricular Participation: Clubs, activities, awards.

  • Reporting Periods: Term, semester, or annual progress reports.

Deliverables:

  1. Word Report – A structured performance tracking report with trends, progress notes, and summary findings.

  2. Final Spreadsheet – A clean, organized spreadsheet containing all student progress data fields for academic review.

Submission Date:

  • Both deliverables must be submitted by 2nd October.

Client Material Source:

  • All student progress reports, teacher submissions, and templates will be shared upon hire.
