Overview:
We are seeking a diligent Academic Records Data Assistant to support the entry, management, and updating of student academic records. The role focuses on ensuring accurate documentation of grades, attendance, and performance reports within the school’s database system.
Scope of Work:
Input and update academic records into student information systems and spreadsheets.
Verify and cross-check data against official reports and teacher submissions.
Maintain digital and physical files of student academic history.
Assist in generating summaries and academic performance logs.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with educational data standards.
Provide administrative support to the academic office as required.
Data Entry Fields Required:
Student Details: Name, ID, grade level, class.
Grades/Marks: Subject scores, cumulative averages, exam results.
Attendance Records: Present/absent logs, late records.
Teacher Feedback: Remarks, progress notes, recommendations.
Academic Standing: Pass/fail status, honors/awards.
Extracurricular Records: Sports, clubs, special achievements.
Reporting Cycle: Term, semester, or annual results.
Deliverables:
Word Report – A structured report summarizing academic record updates, verification notes, and performance trends.
Final Spreadsheet – A detailed spreadsheet with all academic records for easy reporting and analysis.
Submission Date:
Both deliverables must be submitted by 2nd October.
