Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Student Progress Data Entry Clerk to assist with entering, updating, and maintaining student academic records. The role focuses on managing student progress reports in an organized database system to ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely reporting.
Scope of Work:
Enter and update student progress report data into school/academic databases.
Verify accuracy of grades, attendance, and teacher comments.
Maintain organized records of student academic performance.
Assist in preparing student summaries and performance logs.
Ensure confidentiality of all student-related data.
Support academic staff with data entry and report preparation.
Data Entry Fields Required:
Student Information: Name, ID number, class, grade level.
Attendance Records: Present, absent, late logs.
Subject/Module Grades: Test scores, assignment marks, exam results.
Teacher Comments: Feedback, observations, progress notes.
Performance Trends: Improvement notes, challenges, achievements.
Extracurricular Records: Participation, awards, recognitions.
Reporting Periods: Term dates, semester, or academic year.
Deliverables:
Word Report – A structured summary of student performance data, highlighting key findings and verification notes.
Final Spreadsheet – A clean, organized spreadsheet with all student progress report data fields for easy reference and reporting.
Submission Date:
Both deliverables must be submitted by 2nd October.
