Project Description:
We are hiring a Remote Data Entry Administrator to assist in transferring handwritten or scanned survey responses into a structured Excel format. This task requires accuracy and careful attention to ensure data is clean, complete, and ready for reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Review scanned or PDF survey forms and extract relevant responses
Input responses into the correct columns in the provided Excel template
Maintain consistency in data formatting (e.g. dates, yes/no answers, ratings)
Leave a note or highlight any unclear handwriting or missing responses
Complete a spot-check for accuracy before final submission
Source Materials:
Survey scans will be shared upon hire
A structured Excel template with labeled columns will be provided
A short guide will be included to explain any survey-specific codes or response formats
Required Skills:
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Ability to interpret scanned handwriting and record data cleanly
Organized and able to follow formatting guidelines
Comfortable working independently with time-sensitive tasks
Deadline:
Final spreadsheet must be submitted by August 6, 2025, no later than 11:00 PM EAT.
