Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous Court Records Data Entry Clerk to handle the entry, updating, and organization of official court records. The role involves managing sensitive information with strict confidentiality, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the legal team with record-keeping tasks.
Scope of Work:
Enter and update court case information into databases and spreadsheets.
Maintain digital and physical court record logs.
Verify details from court documents, dockets, and filings.
Assist in indexing case files for quick retrieval.
Track court hearing schedules, rulings, and judgments.
Provide administrative assistance to ensure compliance with legal record standards.
Data Entry Fields Required:
Case Numbers & Titles: Unique identifiers, parties involved.
Court Docket Entries: Motions, petitions, briefs, orders.
Filing Dates & Status: Submission dates, pending/closed cases.
Judgments & Rulings: Decisions, verdicts, sentencing details.
Hearing Schedules: Dates, times, outcomes.
Clerk/Attorney Notes: Updates, references, case comments.
Correspondence Records: Court notices, summons, official letters.
Deliverables:
Word Report – A detailed summary of processed court records, including verification notes and filing updates.
Final Spreadsheet – A structured spreadsheet with all entered court record fields for easy access and future reference.
Submission Date:
Both deliverables must be submitted by 2nd October.

All court documents, dockets, and templates will be shared upon hire.
