Project Overview:
We are seeking a Remote Data Entry Administrator to help digitize, organize, and index legal contracts in our secure internal database. This task involves accurate transcription of contract metadata to ensure our legal files are easily searchable and compliant with internal and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter structured data from each legal contract, including:
Case or Contract Number
Parties Involved (Individuals or Companies)
Contract Start and End Dates
Contract Type or Category
Legal Status (e.g.,Active, Pending, Terminated)
Maintain consistent formatting (dates, names, capitalizations)
Use standardized legal categories and dropdowns where applicable
Flag any documents with unclear or missing information
Ensure all data is handled with discretion and privacy
Source Materials:
Scanned or PDF versions of legal contracts
Excel spreadsheet or access to internal legal database
Legal indexing guide and sample entries will be provided
Required Skills:
Strong data entry and proofreading abilities
Familiarity with legal terminology or contract language (preferred)
Experience with Excel, legal CRMs, or document management systems
Excellent attention to detail and formatting
High standards for confidentiality and data handling compliance
Deadline:
The completed indexing spreadsheet or system entries must be submitted by August 7, 2025, no later than 11:00 PM EAT.
