Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Paralegal Data Entry Assistant to support our legal department with accurate entry of legal documents, case data, and administrative records. The role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and familiarity with legal terminology.
Scope of Work:
Enter and maintain data for case management systems and databases.
Review, verify, and log legal information from source documents.
Assist paralegals and attorneys in preparing case summaries and indexes.
Track important case deadlines, hearings, and filing schedules.
Maintain compliance records and organize digital/paper legal files.
Provide clerical and administrative support as needed.
Data Entry Fields Required:
Client Details: Contact information, case references, intake records.
Case Management Records: Case numbers, legal issues, parties involved.
Court Filings & Motions: Filing dates, case updates, rulings.
Legal Correspondence: Notices, letters, email logs.
Contracts & Agreements: Key terms, clauses, reference numbers.
Billing & Expense Records: Invoices, fee statements, payment updates.
Compliance & Regulatory Data: Licensing, certifications, audit logs.
Deliverables:
Word Report – A summarized report of all processed legal data, including field notes and validation checks.
Final Spreadsheet – An organized spreadsheet containing all entered legal data fields for quick access and future case use.
Submission Date:
Both deliverables must be submitted by 2nd October.

All legal documents, case files, and data templates will be shared upon hire.
