Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Data Entry Clerk to support our legal and administrative operations. The role involves accurate entry and management of legal documents, case files, and client records while ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.
Scope of Work:
Enter and update legal data into case management systems and spreadsheets.
Maintain and organize electronic and physical legal records.
Verify accuracy of case details, document references, and client information.
Assist in preparing legal indexes, logs, and summaries.
Track deadlines, filings, and case-related timelines.
Provide administrative support to legal teams as needed.
Data Entry Fields Required:
Client Information: Names, addresses, phone numbers, emails.
Case Records: Case numbers, parties involved, filing dates.
Contracts & Agreements: Terms, dates, reference numbers.
Court Filings & Orders: Filing dates, case status, judgment details.
Billing & Invoices: Invoice numbers, amounts, due dates, payment records.
Legal Correspondence: Letters, notices, emails, memos.
Compliance Records: Licensing, regulatory filings, audit logs.
Deliverables:
Word Report – A structured summary of all processed data, including notes on document types, accuracy checks, and any issues encountered.
Final Spreadsheet – A clean, organized spreadsheet containing all entered data fields for client reference and future use.
Submission Date:
Both deliverables must be submitted by 2nd October.
Client Material Source:
All required case files, legal documents, and templates will be shared upon hire.
