Project Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented freelancer to assist with the accurate entry of invoices, expenses, and receipts into our accounting records. The goal is to ensure all financial data is organized and ready for reporting purposes.
Scope of Work
Review invoices, receipts, and expense documents (material source will be shared upon hire).
Enter details into the provided Excel/Word templates.
Categorize expenses under the correct headings.
Verify all totals and flag any inconsistencies.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
Familiarity with accounting terms and formats.
Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Deliverables
Excel Spreadsheet – containing all raw entries of invoices, expenses, and receipts.
Word Report Document – a summary report highlighting categorized totals (e.g., total expenses, total invoices, outstanding payments).
