Objective:
Accurately input and update hotel guest reservation and check-in details into spreadsheets or hotel management systems to ensure smooth front desk operations and accurate record-keeping.
Scope of Work:
Enter guest reservation details from booking forms, online platforms, or partner agencies.
Record check-in and check-out dates accurately.
Update guest details (contact info, special requests, room type).
Verify payment status and booking confirmation numbers.
Maintain records of no-shows, cancellations, and early check-outs.
Flag duplicate or incomplete bookings for review.
Prepare a Word report summarizing daily reservation and check-in activities.
