Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Data Entry Specialist to assist with managing, updating, and organizing litigation-related records. The role focuses on entering sensitive case information accurately, maintaining legal files, and ensuring timely updates for ongoing litigation matters.
Scope of Work:
Input and update litigation case data into case management systems and spreadsheets.
Maintain detailed logs of hearings, motions, and filings.
Verify and cross-check information against court documents and attorney notes.
Assist in preparing case summaries, exhibits, and litigation indexes.
Track court schedules, deadlines, and related litigation activities.
Support legal teams with administrative data entry tasks.
Data Entry Fields Required:
Case Details: Case number, title, parties involved.
Court Filings: Motions, briefs, complaints, orders, judgments.
Hearing & Trial Dates: Schedules, outcomes, adjournments.
Discovery Records: Evidence lists, deposition notes, exhibits.
Correspondence Logs: Emails, letters, notices.
Attorney Notes: Legal strategies, comments, case updates.
Billing Records: Time entries, expenses, invoice tracking.
Deliverables:
Word Report – A structured litigation report summarizing case data processed, field notes, and verification logs.
Final Spreadsheet – A comprehensive spreadsheet containing all entered litigation data fields for quick case reference.
Submission Date:
Both deliverables must be submitted by 2nd October.

All litigation files, court documents, and templates will be shared upon hire.
