Project Title: Remote Data Entry Assistant – CRM Records Cleanup & Standardization
Project Overview:
We are seeking a Remote Data Entry Assistant to update and clean our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) records. This project involves reviewing existing entries, removing duplicates, standardizing formatting, and categorizing leads to improve the accuracy and usability of our sales and support pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and update contact details, including:
Full Name
Email Address
Phone Number (international format preferred)
Company/Organization
Lead Status (e.g., New, Contacted, Qualified, Unqualified)
Remove duplicates and merge fragmented records
Standardize formatting for names, emails, and phone numbers
Categorize contacts by industry, region, or interest area (instructions provided)
Tag incomplete or outdated entries for review by our internal team
Source Materials:
Access to CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho)
Exported CSV/Excel files if offline work is required
Formatting guide and lead categorization criteria will be provided upon hire
Required Skills:
Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for data manipulation
Excellent attention to detail and consistency
Ability to work independently and follow data classification rules
Discretion when handling client or prospect information
Deadline:
All CRM records must be updated and delivered by August 7, 2025, no later than 11:00 PM EAT.
