We are hiring a Remote Data Entry Assistant to support the updating and organization of student academic records within our education portal. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high attention to detail, consistent formatting, and respect for data privacy.
Key Responsibilities:
Input student details including:
Full Name
Student ID
Course completion statuses
Grades (e.g., A–F or percentage)
Attendance logs
Ensure data is entered into the correct fields in the provided spreadsheet or platform
Apply consistent formatting for dates, grade types, and course titles
Flag any records with missing or unclear information
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling personal academic information
Source Materials:
Scanned academic transcripts or spreadsheets will be shared upon hire
A structured Excel template or portal login will be provided
Formatting and grading standards will be included for reference
Required Skills:
Experience in data entry, preferably in academic or administrative settings
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Familiarity with student record systems is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and formatting consistency
Respect for confidentiality and data protection
