Your main responsibility will be to accurately input and organize data from source documents into a provided spreadsheet or database template.

The project includes copy-paste work, formatting text, managing file consistency, and ensuring entries are accurate and properly structured for internal records.

You will be expected to:

  • Copy data from scanned documents, PDFs, or Word files into structured fields

  • Enter records into spreadsheets or internal databases provided upon hire

  • Maintain consistency in formatting (text alignment, dates, spacing, capitalized]

  • Highlight or comment on any missing, duplicated, or unclear entries

  • Organize files into designated folders with clear naming conventions


  Required Fields (Typical Columns/Inputs):

  • Full Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Contact Number

  • Email Address

  • Reference/Record ID

  • Entry Date

  • Assigned Department or Category

  • Status (Active/Pending/Archived)

  • Notes or Special Instructions

  • Verified (Yes/No)
