Optional:
Use filters or drop-down lists for fields like grant type and review status
Apply formatting to highlight pending or approved applications
Data Entry Instructions:
Input data from submitted application files (we will provide PDFs, forms, or summary sheets)
Maintain consistent naming conventions and spelling
Ensure all numeric entries (e.g., funding amounts) are correctly formatted as currency
Flag any unclear or incomplete information for review
Cross-check entries for duplicates or inconsistencies
File Format:
Final deliverable should be in Excel (.xlsx) or Google Sheets
Spreadsheet should be easy to sort, filter, and update by our team
Deliverables:
A completed grant application spreadsheet with all provided data
A short summary identifying any entries that are missing data or need clarification
Timeline:
Please complete the spreadsheet within 24 hours from the start date.
