Spreadsheet Requirements:
The final spreadsheet should include the following columns:

Verification Status (Verified, Pending, Incomplete)
Data Entry Instructions:
Extract vendor details from provided documents and emails
Ensure all entries are complete and follow consistent formatting standards
License numbers: no special characters unless required
Dates: format as YYYY-MM-DD
Service categories: use a standardized list (to be provided or created based on entries)
Flag any unclear, missing, or conflicting information
Separate confirmed data from pending or incomplete entries using filters or color-coding if needed
Preferred Tools:
Excel or Google Sheets (final output)
Optional tools for organizing or extracting from scans: OCR software (Adobe Acrobat, Tesseract)
We are open to your suggestions for improving efficiency or data quality
Deliverables:
One completed and formatted vendor registration spreadsheet
A brief note summarizing:
Any entries that couldn’t be completed
Any patterns or issues you noticed in the source data
Timeline:
We’d like the project completed within 24 hours from when documents are shared.
