Job Title: Student Attendance Data Entry Freelancer (SIS)

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable freelancer to input student attendance records into our Student Information System (SIS). This is a time-sensitive assignment requiring careful review of attendance data from both Excel files and scanned sheets.

Data Fields to Enter:

1. Daily Attendance (Present / Absent)

2. Tardy Records (including arrival time if available)

3. Excused or Unexcused Absence status

4. Teacher Notes (brief comments regarding attendance or behavior)

Requirements:

• Experience with SIS platforms or school attendance systems preferred

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to read and interpret scanned or handwritten records

• Must complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

• Must maintain confidentiality and data integrity

Confidentiality Notice:

A Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) will be required. All student information must be handled in compliance with institutional policies and FERPA (applicable privacy laws).
