We are seeking a dependable and detail-focused Data Entry Specialist to digitize student disciplinary records from scanned and paper-based forms into a structured spreadsheet.

You will be responsible for accurately entering data and ensuring consistency across records.


📋 Data Fields to Capture:

  1. Student ID

  2. Incident Date

  3. Description of Incident

  4. Action Taken (e.g., detention, suspension, verbal warning)

  5. Resolution Status (e.g., resolved, pending, appealed)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review scanned and paper reports (provided after hire)

  • Accurately transcribe information into the provided spreadsheet

  • Maintain consistency and correct formatting

  • Flag unclear or incomplete information

  • Adhere strictly to student data privacy protocols


🔐 Confidentiality Requirement:

You will be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement prior to receiving the records. All data must be handled in compliance with privacy laws and institutional standards (e.g., FERPA).
