Overview:
The Examination Records Indexing Assistant is responsible for accurately organizing, updating, and maintaining examination-related data within the academic records system. The role focuses on ensuring that all exam results, student details, and grading documentation are correctly entered, categorized, and retrievable for administrative and academic use.
Scope of Work:
Enter and update examination scores, student details, and subject records into databases or spreadsheets.
Verify data accuracy against official grade sheets and examiner submissions.
Organize examination records by subject, student ID, and semester.
Clean up duplicate or incomplete entries to maintain consistent data formatting.
Generate indexed summaries showing total exams processed and performance distribution.
Ensure confidentiality of all academic records and compliance with institutional data policies.
