Overview:
The Student Information System Assistant is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining student data within the school’s digital information management system. The role ensures all academic, attendance, and administrative records are complete, accurate, and organized to support academic reporting and institutional decision-making.
Scope of Work:
Enter and update student information into the Student Information System (SIS) and spreadsheets.
Verify accuracy of academic and enrollment details against official school records.
Clean up duplicate or outdated records and ensure database consistency.
Organize student profiles by class, program, and academic year.
Confirm all student data is visible, readable, and properly formatted.
Generate summary reports showing total active students, grade distributions, and enrollment statistics.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with institutional data protection policies.

Deliverables:
A final spreadsheet with 200 accurately entered and verified student information records.
A Word report document summarizing:
Total student entries processed
Enrollment and grade distribution overview
Data consistency and cleanup report
Additional Notes:
Client data files and enrollment records will be shared upon hire.
