Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Academic Data Entry and Reporting Clerk to assist with the accurate entry of academic records and preparation of structured reports. The role will support teachers and administrators by ensuring student data is well-organized, verified, and available for analysis.
Scope of Work:
Enter and update academic records in databases and spreadsheets.
Verify and cross-check grades, attendance, and teacher-submitted data.
Prepare academic performance reports for faculty and administrative use.
Organize and maintain student records for current and past reporting cycles.
Support the preparation of statistical summaries and academic trend reports.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with student data management policies.
Data Entry Fields Required:
Student Details: Name, ID, grade/class.
Academic Results: Test scores, assignments, exam grades, GPA.
Attendance Logs: Absences, late arrivals, attendance percentages.
Teacher Notes: Feedback, recommendations, progress comments.
Extracurricular Records: Participation, awards, recognition.
Reporting Cycles: Term, semester, or annual academic reports.
Performance Indicators: Pass/fail, honors, improvement tracking.
Deliverables:
Word Report – A structured academic report summarizing student records, verification checks, and trends.
Final Spreadsheet – A clean, organized spreadsheet capturing all academic data fields for reporting and future use.
Submission Date:
Both deliverables must be submitted by 2nd October.

All student reports, grading sheets, and reporting templates will be shared upon hire.
