Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Executive Data Entry Assistant to provide high-level administrative and data management support. This role will involve handling sensitive business information, managing executive records, and ensuring timely and accurate entry of data into company systems.
Scope of Work:
Perform accurate data entry and record updates in executive and departmental systems.
Manage and maintain executive schedules, meeting notes, and correspondence logs.
Support in preparing executive reports, briefs, and summaries.
Handle confidential data with discretion and integrity.
Assist in compiling and tracking financial, contractual, and performance-related data.
Provide administrative support directly to executives and senior managers.
Data Entry Fields Required:
Executive Schedules & Calendars: Meetings, events, deadlines.
Confidential Client & Partner Records: Names, contacts, agreements.
Contracts & Proposals: Dates, terms, key details.
Financial Logs: Budget items, expense records, invoice details.
Performance Reports: Metrics, project progress, KPIs.
Correspondence Records: Emails, memos, calls, follow-ups.
Travel & Logistics Data: Bookings, itineraries, reimbursements.

Final completed work must be submitted by 2nd October.
