Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry and Administrative Services Associate to support our business operations. The role focuses on accurate data input, administrative assistance, and ensuring proper record management to maintain smooth workflow processes.
Scope of Work:
Enter, update, and maintain business and administrative records.
Organize and file electronic and paper-based documents.
Assist in preparing reports and summaries.
Verify accuracy of data entries against provided source documents.
Provide general administrative support and coordination with team members.
Data Entry Fields Required:
Client Information: Names, addresses, phone numbers, emails.
Contracts & Agreements: Entry of key details, dates, terms.
Invoices & Billing Records: Invoice numbers, amounts, due dates, payment status.
CRM Records: Customer details, follow-up notes, account updates.
Meeting & Scheduling Data: Appointments, calendar entries, deadlines.
Inventory/Office Supplies Data: Stock numbers, quantities, reorder dates.
Employee/Admin Records: Timesheets, leave records, contact details.
Correspondence Logs: Incoming/outgoing communication records.
Submission Date:
Final work must be submitted on or before 2nd October.
Client Material Source:
All necessary documents, templates, and administrative resources will be shared upon hire.
