Human Resources Employee Onboarding Data Entry and Record Creation

Project Overview:
We require support in entering onboarding details of new employees into HR records. Accuracy and confidentiality are critical.

Scope of Work:

  • Record employee personal and job details.

  • Ensure documents are tracked.

  • Update status of completed onboarding steps.

  • Flag missing employee files.

Deadline: 18th September 2025

Deliverables:

  • Excel employee onboarding tracker.

  • Word summary report of onboarding progress.

Required Fields (12):
Employee ID, Full Name, Date of Birth, Contact Number, Email, Department, Job Title, Start Date, Manager Name, Employment Type, Onboarding Status, Remarks.
