Flag missing employee files.

Deliverables:
Excel employee onboarding tracker.
Word summary report of onboarding progress.
Required Fields (12):
Employee ID, Full Name, Date of Birth, Contact Number, Email, Department, Job Title, Start Date, Manager Name, Employment Type, Onboarding Status, Remarks.
