Enter all details from scanned claim forms.
Verify policyholder details.
Record claim type and status.
Flag incomplete claims for follow-up.

Deliverables:
Excel spreadsheet of claims data.
Word report highlighting claims per category.
Required Fields (13):
Claim ID, Policyholder Name, Policy Number, Claim Type, Date of Claim, Amount Claimed, Amount Approved, Adjuster Name, Hospital/Repair Center, Claim Status, Settlement Date, Payment Method, Remarks.
