Project Overview
We are looking for a skilled freelancer to help clean up and standardize customer data within our CRM system. The main goal is to ensure that all records are accurate, consistent, and properly formatted to improve customer relationship management efficiency.
Scope of Work
Review existing CRM records for duplicates, incomplete entries, and formatting issues.
Standardize data formats (e.g., phone numbers, addresses, company names).
Merge duplicate contacts/accounts while preserving important information.
Flag or correct inaccurate or missing information.
Ensure data integrity and uniformity across all records.
Requirements
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of data cleaning and standardization best practices.
Ability to complete the task by the set deadline.

CRM export files (CSV/Excel) will be shared upon hire.
Deliverables
Cleaned & Standardized CRM Data File (Excel/CSV format).
Word Report summarizing the cleanup process, including:
Number of duplicates removed
Corrections made
