Objective:
Accurately input, organize, and maintain litigation-related documents and evidence records in a structured spreadsheet or legal database. Ensure all data is properly indexed for quick retrieval, compliance, and legal team support.
Scope of Work:
Collect case files, evidence records, and supporting documents from provided source materials.
Enter data into the designated spreadsheet or evidence-tracking system.
Index documents with clear references such as case number, parties involved, and evidence type.
Verify accuracy of document details and cross-check with source files.
Flag missing, unclear, or duplicate entries for review.
Prepare a Word report summarizing updates, flagged issues, and recommendations for record management.

Evidence ID / Reference Number
Evidence Type (document, photo, video, digital file, etc.)
Date of Evidence Collection / Submission
Source of Evidence (witness, client, authority, etc.)

Deliverables:
Completed Excel spreadsheet with indexed litigation evidence records.
Word report highlighting progress, issues encountered, and recommendations.
