Instructions:
The task includes capturing details of student payments, amounts, dates, payment methods, balances, and related notes. All records must be carefully verified against receipts or source documents and formatted clearly for easy financial tracking. Deliverables include an updated Excel spreadsheet with all fee payment and tracking details, along with a Word report summarizing the data entry process, discrepancies identified, and any recommendations.
