Project Description:
We are seeking a Remote Data Entry Administrator to support the indexing and digital organization of legal documents. You will be responsible for entering specific details from legal contracts into our internal record-keeping system. Accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency are essential for this assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Review legal contracts and extract data such as case IDs, dates, parties involved, and contract titles
Enter this information into the provided Excel spreadsheet or legal database
Apply proper formatting for legal dates, document titles, and names
Organize indexed files into folders as per naming conventions
Maintain confidentiality of all legal materials and client data
Source Materials:
Legal contracts and reference sheets will be shared upon hire
A template or login to our record system will be provided
A data-entry guide outlining formatting expectations will be included
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or legal data management tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow legal formatting standards
Experience handling sensitive or confidential documents
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Prior exposure to legal terms is an advantage but not mandatory

The completed dataset and indexed documents must be submitted by August 6, 2025, no later than 11:00 PM EAT.
