Client Instructions – Remote Data Entry Administrator (CRM Cleanup Project)

Project Title: CRM Database Cleanup and Lead Categorization

Project Description:
We are seeking a Remote Data Entry Administrator to assist with a CRM data cleanup project. Your task will involve reviewing, updating, and organizing client contact records to ensure our database is accurate, complete, and properly categorized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Remove duplicate or outdated client records from the CRM

  • Fill in missing contact information using provided spreadsheets and sources

  • Standardize name formatting, phone numbers, and email entries

  • Tag and categorize leads based on provided criteria (e.g., status, region, service type)

  • Report any records that appear incomplete, invalid, or duplicated

Source Materials:

  • Access to our CRM will be provided upon hire

  • Supporting spreadsheets and a lead-categorization guide will be shared

  • Instructions for field mapping and naming conventions will be included

Required Skills:

  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar

  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)

  • Accuracy in identifying duplicates and correcting inconsistencies

  • Ability to follow detailed categorization rules

  • Respect for confidentiality and data privacy
