Project Title: Product Data Entry for Online Store Backend
Project Description:
We are looking for a skilled Remote Data Entry Administrator to assist with entering product information into our eCommerce platform. You will be responsible for copying data such as titles, prices, descriptions, and inventory levels into our store backend accurately and consistently.
Responsibilities:
Input product titles, descriptions, and specifications as provided
Update pricing and stock availability for each item
Ensure proper formatting and capitalization in all entries
Assign product categories and tags based on provided guidelines
Flag missing or unclear product information for clarification
Source Materials:
Product details will be shared upon hire in Google Drive
Login credentials or backend access will be provided securely
A formatting and tagging guide will be included
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet management
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce (preferred)
Attention to detail when formatting product text and prices
Ability to follow specific naming and listing guidelines
Reliable communication and time management
Deadline:
All product entries must be completed and submitted by August 6, 2025, no later than 11:00 PM EAT.
