We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Data Entry Administrator to support our administrative team with a structured data-entry assignment. The task will involve copying information from source materials into a spreadsheet template while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
Accurately input data into spreadsheets or templates
Perform copy-paste operations from documents or PDFs
Ensure consistent formatting across all entries
Flag any missing or unclear data for review
Submit completed work on time
You will be copying and pasting the following fields (columns):
Full Name
Date of Birth
Gender
Contact Number
Email Address
Home Address
Client ID / Reference Number
Service Type (e.g., Medical, Legal, Educational)
Date of Entry
Assigned Department
Notes or Special Instructions
Status (Active / Inactive / Pending)
Date of Last Update
Assigned Staff Member
Document Verified (Yes/No)
(Note: A sample spreadsheet will be provided upon hire.)
Source files (PDFs, scanned forms, or text files) will be shared upon hire
A data entry template will be included
You may use Google Sheets or Excel based on your preference
All completed work must be submitted no later than August 5th, 2025
Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
High typing accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to follow clear formatting rules
Must maintain confidentiality of all client data
Must communicate if any data is missing, unreadable, or duplicated
