We are looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to help with a simple but urgent data entry task. You will be responsible for copying approximately 300 entries from a scanned PDF document into a structured spreadsheet format.
Consistency and accuracy are critical for this task. The formatting in the spreadsheet must match the layout in the PDF as closely as possible. Any unclear or unreadable entries should be marked clearly for review (e.g., highlight them or leave a comment).
Proven experience in copy-paste or PDF-to-Excel data entry
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Ability to maintain formatting and clean, consistent rows/columns
Good communication in case of data issues
Must be able to start immediately
Must deliver the project within 24 hours
