We’re hiring a skilled Medical Records Data Entry Clerk to maintain the accuracy and integrity of high-volume patient data across multiple clinical departments. This role is essential to ensuring that all patient records are up to date, complete, and compliant with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update patient information in the electronic health record (EHR) system, including:

    • Patient name and date of birth

    • Diagnosis codes and treatment records

    • Physician notes and clinical observations

    • Insurance provider and coverage information

    • Medical visit logs and service history

  • Work from scanned documents and digital files

  • Maintain consistent formatting and flag discrepancies

  • Protect sensitive information and uphold HIPAA compliance

  • Communicate with medical staff to resolve unclear or incomplete entries
