Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented assistant to help organize and enter student emergency contact information into our records system. Accuracy and discretion are essential, as you will be handling sensitive personal and medical information.


Required Data Fields per Student:

  1. Student Full Name

  2. Primary Guardian Name

  3. Relationship to Student ( Mother, Father, Legal Guardian)

  4. Primary Phone Number

  5. Alternate Contact(s) (Name, Relationship, Phone)

  6. Medical Notes ( allergies, special conditions, medication instructions)


Responsibilities:

  • Review existing contact forms or digital files

  • Enter and organize data in a spreadsheet or student information system

  • Verify completeness and consistency across entries

  • Flag missing or unclear entries for follow-up

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all student records


Confidentiality Requirement:

You will be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement/NDA to ensure compliance with student privacy laws and institutional policies (FERPA in the U.S.).


Turnaround Time:
