Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to input mortgage loan application data into our internal system. You will work with scanned application packets and Excel spreadsheets to extract and accurately enter the required fields.

Responsibilities:

• Review and extract key information from scanned mortgage loan applications and Excel files

• Accurately enter the following data into our system:

  • Borrower Name

  • Property Address

  • Loan Amount

  • Interest Rate

  • Loan Term

  • Approval Status

• Double-check for data completeness and correctness

• Maintain data confidentiality and comply with company privacy policies

You Will Receive:

• Scanned loan application packets (PDF format)

• Supplementary Excel sheets (where applicable)

• Access to our secure data entry documents

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data entry, preferably in mortgage or financial services

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work with PDFs and Excel documents

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment

• Familiarity with loan documentation is a plus

• Must be able to meet deadlines and follow data privacy policies

Turnaround Time:

• Projects may be daily or weekly; each assignment must be completed by the agreed-upon deadline.

Confidentiality:

All data handled must remain confidential. You will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to accessing any files.
