Overview

In this task, you will handle the copy and paste of academic records into a structured spreadsheet. The goal is to create a clean, accurate dataset for reporting, student performance tracking, and administrative use. Accuracy, attention to detail, and proper formatting are essential. All information must come from official school records or verified documents.

Scope of Work

1. Data Collection:

   • Copy and paste academic information from provided sources.

   • Focus areas may include:

     • Student names and IDs

     • Subject grades or scores

     • GPA or overall academic performance

     • Class rankings or assessments

2. Data Verification:

   • Ensure all information matches the source documents accurately.

   • Remove duplicates and correct inconsistencies.

3. Data Organization:

   • Enter all copied information into a structured spreadsheet.

   • Use clear column headers and maintain consistent formatting.

Delivery

• Format: Clean spreadsheet (Excel or CSV)

• Requirements:
