Client Instruction for Sales Performance Tracker — Trailblazer Ops


Project Overview:
We are hiring a detail-oriented data-entry expert to design and populate a sales performance tracker for the Trailblazer Ops team. The tracker will help us monitor key sales metrics from our Q1 reports.


Spreadsheet Requirements:
The tracker should include the following fields:

  • Sales Representative Name

  • Monthly Revenue (for each month in Q1)

  • Lead Conversion Rate (%)

  • Client Feedback Score


Data Entry:
You will be provided with all relevant data from our Q1 sales reports. Your responsibilities include:

  • Designing a clear and organized spreadsheet 

  • Accurately entering and formatting all data into the respective fields

  • Ensuring consistency and correctness throughout the spreadsheet


Quality Assurance:

  • Double-check all entries for accuracy

  • Format the spreadsheet for readability and ease of future updates

  • Highlight any anomalies or missing data points you notice during data entry


Deliverables:

  • A completed and formatted sales performance tracker spreadsheet

  • Optional: brief summary of insights or data issues found during entry


Timeline:
The project should be completed within 24 hours after you receive the data files.
