Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry and Administrative Services Associate to support our business operations. The role focuses on accurate data input, administrative assistance, and ensuring proper record management to maintain smooth workflow processes.
Scope of Work:
Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases.
Organize, manage, and file electronic and paper-based documents.
Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and administrative records.
Verify accuracy of information and cross-check with source documents.
Provide general office support, including handling emails and correspondence.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
Required Fields/Expertise:
Strong skills in data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Knowledge of CRM systems or database management is a plus.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
